Personalized Follow-Up Care

Your follow up visits are tailored to your unique needs and goals. Each visit builds on the last, with consistent progressions and re-assessments to ensure steady, measurable improvements.

You’ll also receive:

  • Custom video guided exercises to continue at home or in the gym.
  • Unlimited access to you DPT via test or email between sessions.


You will be equipped with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to keep improving— in your workouts, your sport, and everyday life.
